Dollop In Progress
Dollop was made using thin strips of ash wood that were ripped, soaked over night, and then bent into free form curves. Each connection is secured using a small amount of glue, hence the piece's name. The form is extremely lightweight, yet strong. I like that the shape of the basket like sculpture changes drastically as one moves around the form.
